Wild Body Workouts “Rock”!

In this video I will show you 3 simple exercises you can do in 5 minutes to get a good workout using objects in nature, around your home or in the urban jungle.

I used rocks because they can be found almost anywhere but if you can’t find any you can use paint cans, water jugs, logs, heavy fruits, free weights, bricks or any other object that can fit easily in your hands but still has some weight to it.

Exercise can doesn’t have to be a pre-planned part of your day, it can be a spontaneous experience. Once it becomes a part of your daily lifestyle, you won’t even have to think about working out, much like it would be for a WILD human.
