How to Breathe While Exercising

A question I get often is “What is the best way to breathe when working out?”

In this video I answer that question and demonstrate some of the techniques I use and teach for optimal breathing. Using these methods of breathing while exercising will help you get more out of your workouts, improve your strength and focus, and also give you more endurance. Harnessing the power of breath is key to mastering any form of exercise or movement. So take a deep breath, sit back and enjoy.
