I’d like to offer you a one-on -one Wild Body Action Plan Session with me to help you determine your health, fitness, and diet goals and give you a clear action plan to follow of what needs to be done so that you can reach your goals.  Each session will be personally conducted with me over Skype or over the phone and will be 1 hour packed full of motivational and life changing information and advice.

The Wild Body Action Plan Session is a great place to start while getting some great advice and a helping hand from me, because believe me…I’ve been there. I know how you feel, I struggled with health issues, body image issues, addictions, binge eating, severe depression, acne, but I had a deep burning desire to change it all and live a more natural WILD life.

7 years ago I devoted my entire existence to learning about health, diet and nutrition, fitness, and nature and it’s helped me reach areas of achievement in life that I never thought possible. I reached a high level of fitness and athletic ability that I never knew I had in me, I reached a level of radiant glowing health that astounded me, I learned to eat the healthiest way possible and how to stick to it LONG TERM and the results just kept on coming. I gained a deep connection to nature and my natural body and found a whole new purpose in life……and….


The truth is, anything is possible when you set your mind to it, but we all need a little help, and trust me…I’ve had lots of help and mentors along the way that have completely changed my life and helped me become the person I am today. We can’t do it alone!
