I love listening to music, audio books, educational programs and inspirational speakers while I’m moving my body and working out. I know that being overweight isn’t easy, especially when you want to lose the weight but have no idea how to get started. It can feel like you’re staring up at a huge mountain and you’re standing at the bottom of it. There is so far to go!
